Our practitioners serve clients in all stages of health and wellness, and provide years of experience in addressing a variety of conditions. Each practitioner brings their own expertise to the clinical team, while following Donald Yance's unique approach to wholistic healthcare and integrative oncology known as the Eclectic Triphasic Medical System. Cases are presented weekly for roundtable discussion to provide the best combined care possible.

Each consultation allows time to help identify appropriate lifestyle, dietary and other factors in one's life that can help restore health and wellbeing at all levels. The mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person cannot be separated from the physical considerations for healing. Information for New Clients
Initial consultations are scheduled for 90 minutes and can be done in person or by phone. If you are a new client, and have scheduled a first appointment with one of our practitioners, you must fill out our intake form, and fax or mail it back prior to your appointment. Please also review the checklist included in our intake packet and send all requested medical records along with your intake form and the consent form. Remember, we ask you to call us at the time of your appointment.

Protocols & Fees
The cost for an initial consultation is $340. Appointments may be done by phone or in-person. Following the appointment, you will be provided with a comprehensive, customized protocol designed to address your particular needs. This individualized protocol consists primarily of nutritional supplements and herbal formulations, which can be purchased from our mail order dispensary in Oregon. Follow-up consultations with our practitioners are billed at a rate of $190/hour. We appreciate you calling as soon as possible to cancel a scheduled appointment you are unable to keep, if less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for one-half the anticipated appointment time.
Follow Up Appointments
You are asked to schedule at least one follow up appointment one month post your initial consultation to review your progress and address any questions that may have arisen since incorporating your new regimen. We then recommend regular 30 to 60 minute follow-up appointments, generally in 4-12 week intervals as decided by you and your practitioner, so that the protocol can change along with your progress and changing needs. Follow-up consultations with our practitioners are billed at a rate of $190/hour.
Client Inquiries
Client emailed and phone inquiries in between appointments that take more than 10 minutes of practitioner time, will be billed at the regular hourly rate of $190, billed in 5-minute increments. For example, costs for questions or protocol revisions that take 20 minutes of practitioner time will be $63.00. We recommend consulting with your practitioner at least twice annually to manage significant changes in your condition.
Dispensary
CNH offers an extensive Dispensary of herbal and nutritional formulations carefully chosen for their quality, purity, potency and clinical effectiveness. Our Dispensary services are available for CNH clients, the general public, as well as other practitioners and their clients. We have several hundred high-quality, single herb extracts and bulk herbs with which we custom blend formulations for clients. Our Dispensary also features Donald Yance's custom formulations by Natura Health Products including Vital AdaptTM, Throat & Gland SprayTM, Flew AwayTM, Aller-Res-QTM, and many others.
